Refund policy

At SABHA, every piece is made to order created exclusively for you only after your order is placed. We do not produce in bulk or keep ready inventory. This mindful, one-at-a-time approach supports sustainable production and zero waste. Because of this, we follow a strict no return, no refund policy.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on any items, as each garment is individually crafted once your order is confirmed. Cancellations or refund requests will not be entertained once production has begun. We appreciate your understanding and support for a slower, more sustainable way of making and consuming fashion.

Size Exchanges

We understand sizing can sometimes need adjustment. While returns are not permitted, we offer a one-time size exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • You must raise your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The piece must be free from marks, spots, stains or any signs of wear. Items showing wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • The item must be returned in the original SABHA box as received.

After you submit an exchange request, our team will review it and confirm whether it has been approved. Do not ship the item until you receive our written confirmation.

Please note:
  • The customer bears the shipping cost to send the piece back to us.
  • We will only begin work on the altered/reshipped piece once the returned garment passes our quality check.
