These terms govern all interactions, transactions, and communications between the customer (you) and the brand (SABHA).

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All garments listed on this website are made to order. We do not maintain inventory or stock pre-made garments. Once you place an order, production begins specifically for you. As a result:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and production has started.
• We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delayed delivery due to unforeseen external reasons.

We urge customers to read all product descriptions carefully and contact us for sizing guidance before placing an order.

2. Exchange Policy

While we do not allow returns or refunds, we offer a one-time exchange for size in the same product, subject to the conditions outlined below:

• You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
• The product must be returned in the original Sabha packaging (box and wrapping) and must not show any stains, odours, signs of wear, or damage.
• The cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange will be borne by the customer.
• The replacement piece will only be initiated after our team has inspected and approved the returned item for eligibility.

We reserve the right to decline any exchange request that does not comply with these conditions or appears to be in violation of our brand standards.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders take approximately 10 to 15 working days to be produced and dispatched.
• Shipping is available across India via trusted logistics partners. Delivery times may vary by region.
• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched.
• Delays due to courier services, weather conditions, or other external disruptions are beyond our control, but we will make every effort to assist you in tracking your package.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to photographs, text, logos, product descriptions, graphic designs, layout, and styling — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sabha.

• No part of the website may be reproduced, copied, downloaded, or distributed without written permission from the brand.
• Any unauthorised use of our content will be considered an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabha disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, our products, or your reliance on the content.

5.2 Product Disclaimer

Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments:

• Slight variations in color, stitching, or fit may occur and are not considered defects.
• Fabric behavior may vary slightly based on humidity, wash care, and usage.

Sabha is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, washing, or storage of garments once delivered.

6. Modifications to Terms

SABHA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product details, pricing, images, and sizing guidance are accurate and up-to-date. However:

• Minor variations may occur in colour, texture, or measurements due to the handmade nature of our products.
• Sabha reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
